Payment
Paypal is our preferred method of payment. You do not need a Paypal account to pay by Paypal.

Paypal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as electronic checks. For secure online purchasing Paypal is the safer, easier way to pay online. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information.

You may also pay with Google Checkout, a fast, secure, convenient way to shop online.

Shipping
Due to the handmade nature of our products please allow up to 2 weeks for shipment of your order. This time may be extended around the holidays. All orders are shipped via US Postal Service and are insured. Once your order has shipped we will email you your tracking number.

Shipping within the USA is only $6.00. This is a flat rate no matter the quantity of items purchased.

International shipping is $7.00 for first class or $16 for priority. This is a flat rate no matter the quantity of items purchased.

Availability
Occasionally our products may go on back-order or be discontinued. We will contact you as soon as possible if this occurs with your order. We cannot guarantee the availability of any product.

Returns
We take pride in our products and hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied please contact us via email. Unpersonalized items can be returned in new, unused condition for a refund. Personalized items are nonrefundable unless there is an error on our part.

Please note: The customer is responsible for shipping, we will not refund shipping charges. A trackable shipping method is suggested as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. 

Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. The information we collect is for the purpose of completing your order. This information will be kept private and will never be shared with anyone. Occasionally you may receive information about our products and/or specials but will always have the opportunity to opt out.
