Type One Strong Diabetes Spoon Necklace

This pendant is made from a vintage silverplated spoon. The spoon is flattened and hand stamped with "TYPE ONE STRONG". A pewter "shot" is soldered on and it hangs on a 24-inch stainless steel chain.

T1D is very near to us. A portion of the profits from this piece will be donated to a charity of our choice, in hopes of finding a cure for type 1 diabetes.
